Man allegedly involved in $50,000 robbery remanded in custody

A man who was allegedly involved in the $50,000 robbery from City Forex Foreign Exchange has been remanded in custody by the Nadi Magistrates court.

Senitieli Boila is charged with one count of aggravated robbery.

Five masked men were involved in the robbery last Friday morning and three were arrested including Boila.

Two suspects who received injuries during their arrest are now admitted at the hospital while two people are still on the run.

The full $50,000 which was robbed from the foreign exchange outlet has been recovered.
