Man admitted in hospital after accident

A 46-year-old man is admitted in the Intensive Care Unit at the CWM hospital following an accident at the junction of Caubati road last night.

The accident occurred around 9pm and it is alleged the victim made a sudden turn into Caubati road when his vehicle hit another vehicle driven by a 46-year-old man of Newtown who was heading from Suva towards Nausori.

As a result the victim sustained serious injuries.
