Magistrate to make ruling in case of Prime Fiji Ltd filing no case to answer in Forgery charge

Suva Magistrate Deepika Prakash will make her ruling in the case where Prime Fiji Limited has filed a no case to answer application on the 18th of next month.

FICAC has charged Prime Fiji Limited with one count of Forgery and one count of Using Forged Documents.

It is alleged that Prime Fiji Limited submitted Falsified Security Bonds of Westpac Bank amounting to $351,865 to Fiji Roads Authority while negotiating a street light renewal agreement with Fiji Roads Authority.

Both parties have been given time until the 31st of this month to file and serve their written submissions.
