This is the global travel media company and guidebook brand’s fourth annual list of the region’s 10 best destinations to visit.
Lonely Planet recognised Fiji for its commitment to sustainability.
It says from solar‑powered resorts that serve locally harvested food to coral reef restoration projects and limited plastic usage, this vulnerable island nation has moved headlong into eco‑tourism.
