Judge Justice Salesi Temo has told a 56-year-old man charged with a count each of murder and criminal trespass that men going around allegedly threatening witnesses is not going to help his case.
State lawyer Siteri Navia told Justice Temo that the prosecution witnesses have informed her that Timoci Lolohea’s followers and workers are allegedly going around asking for the location of the witnesses.
Justice Temo stated that whoever the person is probably doesn’t understand the law and is only creating problems for himself.
It is alleged that Lolohea stabbed his 24-year-old de facto partner several times on 20th March last year.
The case has been adjourned to this Friday for his bail application.
