The body of the late Archbishop Emeritus Petero Mataca will be taken from the Suva Private Hospital to the Sacred Heart Cathedral in the next hour.
Motorists are advised that Amy Street, Holland Street, Selbourne Street and Pratt Street will be closed from the next hour until 3 o’clock for the funeral procession.
From 8am tomorrow, Pratt Street and Murray Street will be closed to all traffic until the funeral is completed.
The Resurrection mass will start at 10am tomorrow before Archbishop Emeritus Petero Mataca is laid to rest in a new tomb at Sacred Heart Cathedral.
