Since the inception of the free complaint texting code 582, the Land Transport Authority has received more than 9,000 complaints which is approximately 60 per day.
LTA Chief Executive officer, Naisa Tuinaceva says majority of the complaints are regarding the improper conduct of bus, taxi and mini bus drivers.
Tuinaceva says the Authority will not hesitate to cancel the license of notorious PSV drivers.
He says the Authority recently handled a case where a bus driver allegedly swore at a passenger when she threatened to report his improper conduct to the LTA.
The CEO is warning the drivers to either change their attitude or lose their license.
Tuinaceva says he will not tolerate this sort of behaviour.
