The Land Transport Authority is calling on Central Transport Bus Company to get their drivers back at work to provide services to customers who have been adversely affected as a result of the strike by their drivers this morning.
CEO, Samuel Simpson says that Central Transport Bus Company is in breach of operating licence and they have urged the company to get their drivers back to work quickly to restore service to customers.
This morning, 33 bus drivers of Central Transport Company Limited went on strike.
A bus driver contacted Fijivillage this morning saying that 33 bus drivers are demanding that Central Transport Co Limited increase their pay.
