Lambert Kuruvoli and Alena Rogo who are charged with one count each of unlawful importation of illicit drugs have been remanded in custody by the Suva Magistrates Court.
It is alleged that Kuruvoli and Rogo unlawfully imported 416.4 grams of methamphetamine into the country.
The alleged incident happened between 10th September till the 13th of October this year.
Rogo is also charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
It is alleged that she was found in possession of 416.4 grams of methamphetamine on the 13th of this month.
The prosecution has been told to file a formal application for the case to be transferred to the Suva High Court.
The case has been adjourned to the 29th of this month.
