Suva Muslim College student 18-year-old Farhan Afraz Khan wants to be a person who follows his own dreams.
Khan was awarded with the best Nazm presenter during a competition that was held by the Ministry of Education during the month of fasting, Ramadan.
Nazm is Islamic poem that is dedicated to God and he was awarded the trophy by Minister for Industry Trade and Tourism Faiyaz Koya while celebrating Eid at the school.
The year 13 student says that he wants to pursue his career in the University of the South Pacific in Bachelor of Commerce to become a qualified accountant.
Khan says that every student should live a life as if it is their last day and put all their effort to achieve their goal and the right time is now.
He acknowledged his parents and teachers for supporting him.
