Kamlesh Arya is a free man after being acquitted by the Suva High Court.
High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza has found the former school manager not guilty of a count of general dishonesty causing loss.
While delivering his judgement, Justice Hamza said that prosecution failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the alleged crimes were committed by Arya.
Arya was charged by FICAC in 2017 with one count each of abuse of Office and General Dishonesty Causing a Loss.
