31-year-old Jaywanti Lal who allegedly caused the death of a woman in Nadera earlier this month will take her plea on 10th July, 2017.
The matter was called for plea today at the Nasinu Magistrates Court and the court was informed that her lawyer is not available as she had another case to attend.
Lal is charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death and one count of driving a vehicle with non-conforming tyres.
It is alleged that Lal hit a 56-year-old woman at the Junction of Reba Circle and Ratu Dovi Road after 8pm on 2nd of this month
