Aquaman's Jason Momoa led a massive red carpet haka at the premiere of his film in Los Angeles.
The film, DC's follow up to the failed Justice League, is tipped to lead the franchise in a new direction.
Momoa, who is Hawaiian ‑ American, performed Ka Mate in front of cheering American media.
The actor was joined for the haka by New Zealand's Temuera Morrison, who plays Aquaman's dad in the film.
Aquaman is set to premier in cinemas across the country next Thursday.
