The police investigation in relation to a complaint lodged regarding the Wasea Bhasha shows aired by FBC TV is still ongoing.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says once the investigation is complete they will forward the file to the Director of Public Prosecutions Office.
Naisoro says more details regarding the investigation cannot be released as yet.
She says a report was lodged on Friday at the Totogo Police Station by a concerned individual in relation to the FBC TV program.
Meanwhile the Director for Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission Ashwin Raj confirms that some members of the public have lodged a complaint with them regarding a show aired by FBC TV.
Raj who is also the Chairman of Media Industry Development Authority says MIDA has also received a complaint in relation to this.
He says the two bodies will now look into the matter and an investigation will be carried out.
