Investigation into the death of Vilikesa Soko who died while in police custody is now complete.
This has been confirmed by Commissioner of Police Ben Groenewald who said the investigators are in the process of compiling the case docket before it will be forwarded to the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions on Wednesday.
Soko was allegedly involved in the robbery at the City Forex Foreign Exchange in Nadi last month.
Soko was arrested by police in Sigatoka a few hours after the robbery and police had confirmed that two suspects including Soko sustained injuries during the arrest and were admitted at the hospital.
Soko passed away at the hospital four days after his arrest.
Two other people alleged to have been involved in the robbery have been charged and have been remanded in custody by the Nadi Magistrates Court.
