Paula Vura who is charged with aggravated burglary and theft has informed the court that he will be taking a progressive approach through his defence lawyer Lavenia David.
David informed Judge Justice Daniel Goundar that Vura would like to change his not guilty plea.
Justice Daniel Goundar has adjourned the matter to 17th July to take Vura’s plea.
Meanwhile Apete Turagatani and Navitalai Loatuicawa who are charged along with Vura have maintained their not guilty plea.
It is alleged that the three entered into the Koro Community Police Post and stole five plants of marijuana from the exhibit room.
The incident occurred between 13th to the 15th of January this year.
