The Housing Authority is now calling for expressions of interest for the purchase of residential lots at its upcoming Housing Subdivisions in the Suva to Nausori Corridor, Nadi to Lautoka Corridor, Tavua and Labasa.

Housing Authority CEO Dr Punit Sethi says that preparatory works have already started through the advertisements calling for expressions of interest for the construction of High Rise Strata Units at various subdivisions, pre‑qualifications of contractors for the development of upcoming housing subdivisions at Koronisalusalu in Tavua, Covata in Labasa, Davuilevu and Nepani in the Central Division.

The Housing Authority says they are working to ensure that the subdivisions are developed according to the approved designs and industry standards and is confident that it will provide more  opportunities for Fijians to own decent and affordable homes in the near future.

The closing date for the submissions expressions of interest is 17th October 2017.

Dr Sethi says customers who have previously filled the forms will also be required to submit and lodge fresh customer and financial details.

He says it is important that this is done to ensure that the customer information is current and the loan eligibility is assessed accordingly.
