A heavy rain warning remains in force for Korovou, Naqali, Vunidawa, Sawani, Tavua, Ba, Rakiraki, Yasawa, Vanua Levu, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands, and Northern Lau group.

The Weather Office says a Tropical Depression was located to the North of Fiji and is gradually moving southwards and is expected to pass just West of Fiji.
It says the associated trough of low pressure with cloud and rain will affect parts of the Fiji group from later tonight.
For Yasawa group, Vanua Levu, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands expect occasional rain, heavy at times from today with a few squally thunderstorms
Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas.
