People are urged to continue to take neccessary precautions as there is still a heavy rain and flood warning in place for parts of Fiji.
A flood warning is in force for low-lying areas and downstream of the Naqali Bridge at the Waidina River.
There is also a flood warning for low-lying areas and downstream of Dreketilailai near the Qawa river.

Flood Alerts
There is a flood alert for low-lying areas and downstream of the Waimanu River and Wainibuka River.
A flood alert is also in force for low-lying areas and downstream of Rakiraki Town.
The Nadi Weather Office says as at 7 this morning the water level in these rivers was still above warning level but is decreasing.
Heavy Rain Warning
There is still a heavy rain warning in force for the eastern and southern half of Viti Levu that includes, Rakiraki, Tailevu, Naitasiri, Nausori, Navua Pacific Harbour and Korolevu.
The heavy rain warning is also in force for Vanua Levu, Lau, Lomaiviti group and Taveuni.
This rain is being brought a trough of low pressure that remains slow moving over the Fiji group.
There is also another trough of low pressure that lies slow moving over the Northern Parts of Fiji.
The Nadi Weather Office says people can expect the rainy weather to ease by this Wednesday as that is when the low pressure systems are expected to clear out.
