The hearing for the strike out application in the case between the Fiji Peacekeepers and Action Trustees Association and the Minister for Defence and Security will take place on the 21st of next month.
The lawyer from Attorney General's Chambers, Suliana Taukei applied for the hearing to be vacated today while Fiji Peacekeepers and Action Trustees Association's lawyer Tevita Bukarau also asked for a short adjournment and sought costs for today.
Bukarau said if the hearing is to be vacated today then there should be a short adjournment.
The Presiding Master of the Court, Vishwa Dutt Sharma has vacated the hearing to the 21st of July and said that the costs will be ordered in course.
