This was stated by the General Manager of Future Farms Limited Stanley Raniga while officiating at the Graduation Ceremony of Fiji National University’s College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and National Training and Productive Centre at the FMF National Gymnasium.
Raniga says that when you go into the workforce you will meet a wealth of experience which will be useful in making yourself a successful person in your chosen career path.
Raniga stressed Future Farms had a strong working relationship with FNU and reaffirmed its continued support of providing training and employment opportunities to students.
Future Farms General Manager says FNU has really assisted Future Farms through their Memorandum of Understanding with the College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, where Future Farms took onboard two students under the graduate development program.
He adds that this MOU assists them in bridging the technical expertise gaps in the industry.
Raniga says through NTPC they have embraced the Quality Circles initiative.
190 students graduated from the Fiji National University yesterday where 136 graduates are from the National Training and Productive Centre while 54 graduates are from the College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
Meanwhile, 6 other Fiji National University Graduation ceremonies will take place this month.
