Fulton Hogan Hiways announces Patrick Keenan as new GM replacing Duncan Fraser

Fulton Hogan Hiways has announced Patrick Keenan as its new General Manager replacing Duncan Fraser.

Keenan have for the past 17 years held senior management positions with Fulton Hogan in New Zealand and with the joint venture in Fiji, most recently as its Fiji‑wide Operations and Maintenance Manager.

Fulton Hogan Hiways says that while they have been given another three‑month extension to its Central and Eastern Division contract that was to be completed at the end of this month, they are is still committed to FRA for ongoing work.
