Fifty seven new jobs have been created as the new Fresh Choice Supermarket opens tomorrow at Garden City Complex in Raiwai.
Director of the P. Meghji Trading Limited, Romit Meghji says close to $2.5 million was invested in this new supermarket adding that there will be 5 managers and 52 staff when they open tomorrow and the number of employees is expected to increase once business picks up.
Meghji says that the supermarket will also have a bakery and its own coffee roasting machine whereby people can have a variety blend of coffee while doing their shopping.
Following the opening at 10am tomorrow, the Fresh Choice Bakery will open at 6.30am-9pm while the Supermarket opens from 9am-9pm daily.
