Following the Bastille Day terrorist attack in Nice, southern France, the French Embassy in Suva has opened a condolence book.
French Embassy Public Relations Advisor, Moira Vilsoni says the condolence book signing is open until tomorrow for people who want to express their condolences.
The book of condolence for the victims of the latest terrorist attack in France opened on Monday at the French Embassy office.
The book will be opened from 9am to 5pm to allow the Fijian, French and diplomatic community to express their sympathies and support to the families and friends of those who died in Nice.
Simultaneously, an online condolence space on the embassy's website have been created for people who cannot visit the Embassy but wish to express their sympathies.
Vilisoni says they also acknowledge the kind messages and the solidarity that have been received and shown at the embassy since the attack.
Yesterday, the French Embassy staff held a minute of silence at the chancery in memory of the victims of the Bastille Day attack in southern France last week.
