Four men charged in relation to an incident where Police Commissioner Ben Groenewald received wounds while trying to stop a robbery at the Distill outlet in Flagstaff in May appeared in court today.
Jeke Vakararawa, Seremaia Muduru, Tevita Qaqanivalu and Uate Baleiono appeared before High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo this morning.
The fifth accused Mosese Tarau did not appear.
The DPP Counsel told the court that they have served the disclosures and information to the defence counsels.
The case has been adjourned to the 5th of next month for the plea.
The men have all been remanded in custody.
