Three former Ministry of Education employees facing theft related charges appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday afternoon.
Viliame Elder and Lorence Kumar are charged with one count of theft each while former Ministry of Education employee Apenisa Nodrayaca is charged with one count of aiding and abetting theft.
It is alleged that Elder and Kumar stole 530 text books belonging to the Education Resource Centre of the Ministry of Education on the 15th of December, 2010.
Nodrayaca allegedly aided and abetted Elder and Kumar in this incident.
The case has been adjourned to tomorrow.
