53-year-old Peter Fong and 42-year-old Salomoni Boini have been granted bail by the Suva Magistrates Court.
The two men are charged with two counts each of being in possession of illicit drugs.
Peter Fong is charged with one count of unlawful possession of 12.9 grams of methamphetamine, one count of unlawful possession of 0.9 grams of marijuana and one count of bribery for allegedly trying to offer a police officer a bribe of $5,000.
Boini is charged with one count of unlawful possession of 0.1 gram of methamphetamine and one count of unlawful possession of 4.7 grams of marijuana.
Four people were questioned at the Nabua Police Station after they were found trading methamphetamine at Namadi Heights on Friday.
Both appeared before Magistrate Jioji Bosewaqa this morning and they have been granted bail with standard bail conditions.
The two men have a surety each with a bond amount of $500 each and they have to report to the Samabula Police Station.
Fong has also surrendered his passport and a stop departure order has also been issued against him.
Fong and Boini will be taking their plea on the 30th of next month.
