Five men have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the cultivation of marijuana in the highlands of Navosa.
Chief of Intelligence and Investigations ACP Luke Navela has confirmed that they are continuing to raid farms.
Navela said they have uprooted more than 32,000 marijuana plants through Police Operation Cavuraka and added that those in the business of cultivating marijuana will be caught and taken to task.
He said more officers continue their efforts in locating the farms.
ACP Navela added that majority of the farms located had plants which were young and most had nurseries.
The plants found range from 2cm to over 1 metre in height.
