FijiFirst is not here to campaign on negativity - Sayed-Khaiyum

FijiFirst General Secretary Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says that FijiFirst is not here to campaign on negativity, they are not here to run down people but they are here to tell people the truth and speak to them about the future. 

While speaking at the FijiFirst Family Fun Day in Valelevu, Sayed-Khaiyum stated that they are talking to people about them as individuals and what they as a community can do together as a nation following the many positive things that has happened in Fiji.

He says that if people listen to the other parties and read what is on social media, these political parties are making personalized comments, attacking people’s families, their personalities, religion, culture and ethnicity adding that FijiFirst is not here to do that.

Sayed-Khaiyum says that other parties are talking about getting rid of the electronic ticketing system, some are talking about getting rid of equal distribution of land lease money while others are talking about bringing back the 1997 constitution.

He adds that these are examples of people talking about the past and not the future and has stressed that people know what political parties are talking about and to vote decisively on the 14th of November.
