The FijiFirst has ensured that there is no more state sanctioned race based systems.

Infrastructure and Transport Minister Parveen Bala says Fiji will celebrate it’s 50th anniversary after independence in 2020 and for most of the period, there was race based voting in the country.

Bala says the constitution ensures that everyone works together and there is no race based policies in the document.

Bala also says that the facts speak for itself and people should not use religion in parliament to get their own agenda through.

He says the calls for communalism and references to the bible and supremacy of one God over another, is the work of mischief makers and false prophets.
