The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team has defeated Kenya 36-12 in their first pool game of the Vancouver 7s.
Fiji made a good start as Sevuloni Mocenacagi scored Fiji’s first try in less than a minute from the kickoff.
Sprinter, Alasio Naduva scored two tries in the first-half.

Fiji led 17-0 at half-time.
Jerry Tuwai made an even quicker start in the second half as he only needed ten seconds to break away from the Kenyan defence and cross over for the try.
This is Tuwai's 111th try in the series.
The Kenyans replied with physicality to score two tries in the second-half.
Impact player Terio Tamani and his impressive footwork gave Fiji another try to further their lead before Sevuloni Mocenacagi sealed the game with another try in the last minute.
Fiji will take on Canada at 10.08 this morning before they meet Samoa in their last pool game at 2.02pm.
The cup quarterfinals will start at 6.08am Monday, cup semifinals start at 10.08am and the cup final will kick off at 1.19pm also on Monday.
