Fiji Airways expected to create more jobs this year

More jobs are expected to be created by Fiji Airways this year.

CEO and Managing Director Stefan Pichler said with the latest ATR72-600 aircraft for its domestic subsidiary Fiji Link which came in last month, this has opened up job opportunities.

Pichler said with more new planes expected to join Fiji Airways later in the year, this will create even more employment.

Meanwhile, a new call centre, Pacific Centrecom (Fiji) Limited which was setup in Suva by Fiji Airways yesterday, created 40 new jobs.
