Fiji Airways today announced that all business class passengers travelling on the flights operated by its B737 fleet will be offered iPads for in-flight entertainment with pre-loaded movies, TV shows and music.
Fiji Airways acting CEO David Bowden says that this is an exciting product upgrade for business class guests on their B737 fleet, and will offer them convenience and choices they haven’t been able to offer before on this type of air craft.
Bowden says that this innovative new offering, which starts from the 1st of November this year is another move by Fiji Airways to become established as a world class boutique airline.
He says the new iPad based in-flight entertainment will offer business class customers a choice of 23 movies, 19 television shows and a range of music.
Bowden adds that by March 2016, the on-board entertainment selection on the iPAd in-flight entertainment will increase, offering over 100 hours of in-flight entertainment.
He adds that the B737 fleet operates on flights to and from Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and the pacific islands.
