The Fiji Corrections Service booth at the Fiji Showcase has been attracting a lot of attention as it displays well designed clothes from female inmates and various joinery items by male inmates.
Assistant Public Relations Officer Semesa Uluiviti said the turn out from the people has been tremendous and positive.
Meanwhile, Jack’s of Fiji store known as the Retail Outlet booth have reduced their shoe prices at this year’s showcase.
Supervisor Amrish Kumar said they have reduced their price by twenty percent compared to the retail prices at their local shops.
Looking at entertainment, MASTInesians Island Fever will start at 1.15pm with Cookie’s Crazy Comedy Show at 3:45pm and 7.15pm.
Children’s Entertainment will begin at 4.30pm followed by The Funny Business Show with Fraser Hooper at 5.45pm and 8pm.
The cartoon character parade featuring Dora the Explorer, Ben 10, Kung Fu Panda, Spongebob and the Minions will be at 6pm.
Fiji Showcase is now open and will close at 9pm.
