Famous Author for Children’s Books Craig Smith

“The kids here were a lot of fun which is a reflection of the teachers doing their jobs right and making sure they give the kids a great learning environment.”

Famous Author for Children’s Books Craig Smith made this comment after speaking to the students of International School Suva during the opening of the school’s ‘Literacy Week’.

Smith says ISS reached out to him about their ‘Literacy Week’ and asked him to come and read to the students.

He accepted the invite as he wanted to visit Fiji for some time to have a holiday.

Smith says the students that were present at the reading really knew how to have fun.

He will now visit Vanua Levu where he may also have reading sessions at some primary schools.

ISS has included character parades, book swaps, door decorating, scavenger hunts and poetry slams in their week long program.
