The Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority has confiscated three cartons of white substance suspected to be testosterone enanthate, which is an anabolic androgenic steroid.
FRCA said the total weight of the substance was 44kg.
The item was imported from Hong Kong and was listed as STC coloured pencils.
FRCA said the importee was a local female and the consignment was sent through air freight.
The case has been handed to Police for further investigations.
According to FRCA, the substance is a prohibited import of the Illicit Drug Control Act 2004.
