The Fiji Roads Authority has used two hundred million dollars from its allocated budget in the first six months of this year.
Chief Executive Office Neil Cook said they have utilized 89% of the budget effectively and efficiently in a number of road developments.
Cook said over 158,000 potholes have been filled and 61 kilometers of road has been sealed which is a big progress in the past six months.
He added thy have installed new culvert pipes in a number of areas and 11 kilometers of road construction has also taken place in various parts of the country.
The Authority was allocated over $454 million in the 2014 National Budget.
