The Fiji Roads Authority and MWH case was called in the Suva High Court this morning.
MWH asked Judge Justice Lyone Seneviratne for more time to allow dispute resolutions to take its normal course.
The court was earlier told that MWH is still providing documents to the FRA and both parties are cooperating in the matter.
The case will be called on 2nd March 2017 for mention.
The Fiji Roads Authority had earlier filed an application in the High Court regarding MWH withdrawing from their contract which ends on December 31st this year following the deportation of two of its workers.
MWH has been told to provide all the design documents to FRA.
These are both hard and soft copies of the design documents.
