The 2013 constitution will be amended by the Fiji Labour Party if they come into power after the election.
Speaking at the FLP campaign meeting in Narere last night, FLP Leader Mahendra Chaudhry said although they will contest the election, they see the constitution as undemocratic.
Changes can only be made to the 2013 constitution if three quarters of the members of parliament and three quarters of the registered voters agree to a change.
Meanwhile Chaudhry said they will review the LTA regulation as they have received many complaints from the drivers.
LTA is expected to comment later.
50 people attended the FLP campaign meeting last night.
