FICAC has asked for more time to serve notices to interested parties in the case regarding Feroz Jan Mohammed who was convicted for Bribery and Obtaining Financial Advantage last year.
FICAC filed this action under the Proceeds of Crimes Act for the forfeiture of property obtained by TF Jan Limited using $3.1 million of proceeds.
Senior counsel, Rashmi Aslam had earlier advised the Suva High Court that some other interested parties may be associated with TF Jan Limited.

Suva High Court Judge Justice, Achala Wengapulli has given FICAC two weeks to complete the process.
Justice Wengapulli also told FICAC to give the public notices in the newspapers.
The restraining order against Feroz Jan Mohammed and his company TF Jan Limited has been extended.
