The flow of traffic along the Central Division is being affected this morning due to Police checkpoints and also works by the Water Authority of Fiji.
Checkpoints have been erected along Kings Road in Laqere in Nasinu and also in front of the Delainavesi Police Post.
Police Director of Operations SSP Abdul Khan said that this is part of normal Police operations.
Police say that the checkpoints remain and cannot confirm a time the checkpoints will be cleared.
