Expect more heavy rain throughout this week.

A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers remains slow moving over the Fiji group.

The Nadi Weather Office says that it is anticipated to affect the group for the next few days.

The current low pressure system will continue to affect the Eastern parts of Viti Levu while another low pressure system is expected to affect the Fiji group from later this week.

The Weather Office says that the system will mostly affect the Eastern and Central parts of Viti Levu.

Isolated thunderstorms with heavy falls are also expected. 

There will be some showers over Northern Vanua Levu, Kadavu, Lau and Lomaiviti group, the eastern parts and interior of the other larger islands.
