Communities in Fiji can expect more efficient service deliveries from police officers through mobility after thirty officers qualified from the Motorcyclist Course.
Chief Operations Officer Assistant Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu says that the use of motorcycles and quad bikes for rural areas will reduce complaints against their services.
He reminded the graduates that they do not expect to hear excuses that there are no riders since this is an issue with drivers within the organisation because no one wants to drive.
ACP Tudravu says they will closely monitor this issue.
He also highlights that police vehicles are being involved in too many accidents because of the poor judgement from the drivers which is unacceptable.
