Elections Office expected to respond to Parties letter today

The Elections Office is expected to respond today to a letter written by the Social Democratic Liberal Party, the National Federation Party and the Fiji Labour Party last week.

The letter signed by SODELPA Leader, Ro Teimumu Kepa, NFP President Tupou Draunidalo and Fiji Labour Party Secretary General, Mahendra Chaudhry were sent to the President, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau, the Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Chen Bunn Young and the Multi-national Observer Group.

It is based on an interim report where they allege that there were some electoral breaches.

We are expected to get a response on these matters later today.
