A DHL driver who allegedly breached the Electoral Decree last month is expected to take his plea in the Suva Magistrates Court next month.
Ronal Kumar is charged with one count of offences in relation to ballot papers and two counts of undue influence.
Kumar informed Magistrate Makereta Mua that he wants to engage legal counsel and asked for more time.
The case will be called again on the 17th of next month.
It is alleged that on 3rd September, Kumar marked a vote by circling a number on the ballot paper of one Satya Wati Ram.
It is also alleged that he interfered with the free exercise of the political rights of Satya Wati Ram and Jai Ram.
