Following a fire that destroyed 4 classrooms, a computer lab and library at Vuci Methodist Primary School, the school management is now meeting with the Methodist Church Department of Education to discuss plans for classes for students.
Fijivillage has also contacted the Ministry of Education on plans to assist the school that has lost four classrooms in the fire.
The Education Ministry is yet to respond.
The National Fire Authority confirmed that they managed to contain the fire an hour after arriving at the scene.
It says that the Nausori Fire Station received the call about the fire at 6.23pm and firefighters arrived at the scene at 6.27pm.
NFA and Police are now working to investigate the cause of the fire.
