Digital Television will be introduced and fully implemented in eighteen months’ time.
Acting Prime Minister, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum told students at Lautoka School for Special Education that digital television will help special students understand information better.
The government has allocated $2 million to purchase Digital TV set up boxes in the next year.
