The school currently has 430 students and 15 teachers.

The existing water supply in Vuiyakana Village cannot meet the demands of its 100 residents while the 76 residents of Kavika Settlement rely on a shallow well for water.

Operations Manager Ravikash Reddy says a borehole will be dug for the two settlements and preliminary assessments have been made.
