The decision to regulate mini bus fares in Fiji is now in its reviewing stages after the Land Transport Authority held consultations with its relevant stakeholders.
LTA CEO Naisa Tuinaceva says they also conducted consultations with members of the public.
Tuinaceva says they are now in the preparatory stage of setting the evaluation.
He says they are expecting to finalise the evaluation soon.
Fijivillage has observed that many people traveling to the Western side have been continuously overcharged by mini bus drivers.
