The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is still reviewing the file regarding the investigation into the death of Vilikesa Soko.
The office said the file will be reviewed by the DPP office in the normal course and a final decision on what charges, if any, will be made by the DPP.
Further comments will be made once the file is returned to the Police.
Soko was allegedly involved in the robbery at the City Forex Foreign Exchange in Nadi last month and died in police custody.
Soko was arrested by police in Sigatoka a few hours after the robbery and police had confirmed that two suspects including Soko sustained injuries during the arrest and were admitted at the hospital.
Soko passed away at the hospital four days after his arrest.
